Contact Specialist works directly for the Director of Sales. The position gathers and tracks data related to the Sales and retention of members along with scheduling and coordination of Sales Events, Member Meetings, special events, and ANOC Events. Contact Specialist assists Broker Managers and independent brokers as needed with enrollments issues and enrollment material. Applicant must obtain a NC Resident Life and Health License along with a NC LTC and Medicare Insurance License.
The Contact Specialist will work closely with both Broker Managers and Independent Brokers
Job requires daily interaction with staff and members
Attention to detail is extremely important members health coverage is very important
This is a continually changing environment that requires a creative spirit
Good people skill are a must
Appropriate state license to sell insurance as required by state law, subject to product sold.
Demonstrated experience of strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications.
Minimum of 1 year recent and related experience in conducting and interpreting quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Experience in a sales environment preferred.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
