POSITION SUMMARY

Fundamental Components:

Seeking a proven technical leader and Advisor for Architecture missions around Digital Transformation, hybrid solutions and API centric integration in addition to: Leading technical missions in a variety of projects and programs. Turning technology transformation strategy into action in the form of solution and integration designs Driving innovation in Digital Architectures Driving architecture engagement models and being an ambassador for partnership with IT delivery. Act as the primary technical resource across several areas of expertise, to senior client and information technology management and staff. Provide expert technical consultation to senior IT management strategic planning groups. Lead the creation of solutions with highly complexity and risk with business area implications. Foster and engage in teamwork at the highest management and technical levels across business lines. Anticipate and proactively respond to future customer, industry and information technology trends. Be viewed as subject matter and delivery expert for organization by wide range of management. Communicate the architectural strategy throughout all levels of the organization. Produce quality output for highly visible IT products, services and future business development.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

15+ years recent and related experience in information systems architecture methodologies. 15+ years experience in enterprise, application and information architecture design. 7+ years of people and project management experience. Experience managing the application delivery process. Experience with mobile platforms, IoTs, web applications, middleware/services/APIs, business process management Have experience with any one of these: CMMI, Agile/Scrum Development & Management, Scaled Agile Framework; Iterative & Incremental development approaches; Continuous Integration and delivery. Working knowledge of a wide range of digital and integration technologies, such as: Mobile/Web frameworks, Omni Channel Experience Design, Cloud and Security. Diverse technical background with key areas of depth around digital transformation, hybrid solutions and operating at scale. Proven master of Solution Architecture and Mobile Integration Technologies. Effective communicator and collaborator, who can apply outcome based leadership across teams and organizations. Flexible and creative with the ability to propose innovative ideas and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve the positive outcomes. Must demonstrate technical leadership, be able to turn vision into action, drive outcomes, and promote common goals and actions. Must demonstrate an understanding of enterprise integration across hybrid processing environments. Healthcare, life sciences or financial services industries experience is preferred.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
