Senior Director leading Behavioral Health Quality Management and Accreditation activities. Support initiatives related to business development, provider quality, health systems and regulatory compliance.

Fundamental Components:

Candidate will lead the BH Quality organization and accreditation efforts. Approximately 20% of the candidate's time will focus on supporting strategic initiatives with health systems, provider organizations and program development.


8-10 years clinical/managed care/health care industry experience.

Previous quality improvement and management experience in a managed care organization required.

Thorough knowledge of NCQA and/or HEDIS management.

Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.

Proven track record managing complex projects and or programs that resulted in cost savings.

Experience managing large budgets.

Demonstrated negotiation skills.

Strong decision-making, analytical and organizational skills.

Demonstrated verbal/written communication and computer skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Proven ability to satisfy customer needs and develop alternatives to resolve issues.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.


Healthcare Management/Certified Professional in HealthCare Quality is desired

Mental Health/National Association for Social Workers is desired

Nursing/Registered Nurse is desired


Functional - Quality Management/FE NCQA accreditation/4-6 Years
