POSITION SUMMARY

Candidate will support a highly productive Medicare precertification team. Primary responsibilities will be member facing, connecting members with outpatient providers in the community.

Fundamental Components:

Candidate will work directly with our Medicare membership to assist members in locating needed outpatient services. Candidate will also support the Medicare clinicians to find resources needed for members in need of services. Candidate will also serve as back up to team members to complete additional job functions as needed. This includes but is not limited to completing notification authorizations and coordinating services with non participating providers.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 2 years behavioral health care experience.

EDUCATION:

The minimum level of education required for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES:

Functional - Medical Management/Medical Management - Discharge planning/1+ Years Experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:
