Aetna User Experience Lead in Arlington, Texas

Responsible for leading user experience work for GPS program. Supports one or more trains in this capacity. Will coordinate user research and usability testing, as well as serve on solution intake team representing UX.
Defining problems to be solved, and proposing user forward solutions to solve.
Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:
Ability to see the larger picture and think strategically about how to deliver the best product.
Flexible and willing to negotiate
Background in process change/improvement
Background in customer service
Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:
Experience with wire framing, journey mapping, usability testing - REQUIRED
Proven project management skills.
Experience with healthcare is preferred
Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
BS/BA or equivalent experience and 8-10 years of experience related to standards & measurements, technology, systems and processes, including project consultation preferred.
Proven track record in making measurable improvements to CSR and member experience
Learning - User Analysis, Project Management - Cross-functional project management
General Business - Demonstrating Business and Industry Acumen, Service - Creating a Differentiated Service Experience, Technology - Justifying the Business Case
