This Sr. Project Manager position is for the role of Case Installation Process Owner for National Accounts Plan Sponsor Services. This position is largely responsible for representing and supporting the function in enterprise initiatives impacting the function and departmentally in numerous ways and with multiple stakeholders.
Develop & maintain process documentation for NA and P&L Commercial, Exchange, and RHA business.
Drive process improvement
Participate in and/or lead discussions and projects that impact process or quality of Case Install. Determine impact and minimize risk of issues.
Communicate and train PCCs and management on important projects and policies implemented for Plan Set Up
Compose and send out NA PL Plan Set Up Communications
Participate on PCC Forum Calls
Develop and deliver ad hoc training sessions
Develop and support for ODI Case Install updates, improvements, and testing
Primary support of Sarbanes Oxley and other audits.
Solid Project Management skills
Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
Proven communication skills both written and verbal at all levels of management to front line staff
Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and deliver training, including technical information
Proven ability to negotiate for successful outcomes
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
