JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!We are hiring an experienced Case Manager with current and/or prior Worker s Compensation experience to join our team in a unique onsite role in Chatsworth, CA. This position will provide an exciting opportunity to collaborate directly with our client while providing telephonic case management services that improve the lives of injured workers by assisting them in their recovery and return to work.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Worker's Compensation Onsite Case Manager to facilitate medical and return to work activities. Needed to work full time, in customer office Chatsworth, CA.

Fundamental components of the Worker's Compensation (WC) Onsite Case Manager include but are not limited to:

California licensed RN with previous Work Comp & UR Experience is needed for telephonic medical and return to work management activities. This role is fulltime in a Customer Office in Chatsworth, CA . An advanced certification is preferred ( CCM, COHN, CRRN) . Excellent communication and documentation skills are needed.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

An RN with an active CA license is required Current or previous case management experience required, with a preference for this experience to have been in the Worker's Compensation field and/or with Utilization Review Advanced RN certification (CRRN, COHN, or CCM) is preferred but not required Strong communication/documentation skills are required

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Nursing/Registered Nurse is required

Nursing/Certified Case Manager (CCM) is a plus!

Nursing/CRRN - Certified Rehabilitation Registered is a plus!

Nursing/Certified Occupational Health Nurse is a plus!

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES

Functional - Nursing/Case Management/1-3 Years

Functional - Nursing/Medical-Surgical Care/1-3 Years

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCES

Technical - Computer Operations/System and Console Operations/4-6 Years/End User
