Aetna Registered Nurse (RN) Field Case Manager in Wimington, Delaware

This position has an opening in multiple locations . Responsible for assessing and analyzing an injured employee to evaluate their needs required to facilitate the employee's appropriate and timely return to work. Case Manager will coordinate care through communication with employee/Family, employer, provider(s), insurance companies and healthcare liaisons.

Locations include:

Chester County, Delaware County, Greater Philadelphia- 1 opening

Lehigh, Northampton, Schuylkill, Luzerne, Carbon, Monroe counties- 1 opening

Working From Home Full Time Across The US- 1 opening

Fundamental Components includes, but is not limited to:

Must have good analytical skills and critical thinking skillsAdult Nursing assessment skillsCase Management Strong clinical backgroundAbility to travel within a designated geographic area for in-person case management activitiesAbility to travel within a designated geographic area for in-person case management activities of laws and regulations governing delivery of rehabilitation services.


Minimum of 3 years case management experience; Required Minimum of 5 years clinical practice experience; Required Ability to travel within a designated geographic area for in-person case management activities; Requirement Home Health Experience; Preference Work from Home experience; Preference Active RN License; Required


The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.


Nursing/Registered Nurse is desired

Nursing/Certified Case Manager (CCM) is desired
