The Care Engagement Experience (CEE) Leader will serve as a key member of the Marketing staff charged with strengthening Aetnas retention, member satisfaction, and appeal to members by coordinating the development and delivery of a distinctive, branded member experience across the key health journeys that matter to our members. This role will bring critical insights to bear on member needs, behaviors, and attitudes, define and manage metrics which reflect our goals in experience delivery, will lead the process by which Commercial will put together and manage its ongoing experience improvement roadmap, and lead marketing initiatives which build branded breakthroughs.
Leads in the development of innovative health engagement programs requiring cross functional, cross departmental coordination.
Leads in the development of Voice of the Customer feedback into the business on attributes and journeys that matter the most, on how we are performing, and on ideas for improvement
Works with Data and Insights areas to define member experience data required to understand the end to end experience of members.
Works with business partners across business segments to define the health journeys that matter most to members. Define these from a members perspective specifically in health episodes or life events, not insurance events
Creates meaningful reports to share member experience data with member-facing areas and sr. leadership
7-10+ years of experience as SME
Over 10 years leadership and management experience in customer experience delivery, ideally with a solid base of experience in health management program management; Experience in developing Voice of Consumer programs; Overall strong program management skills and experience project execution; Demonstrated relationship/collaboration skills
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
