POSITION SUMMARY

ME Project Consultant is responsible for managing and optimizing the Member journey experience for the Engage in Health & Wellness, Connect to Care & Pharmacy, Retain & Renew experiences to improve existing experience gaps. ME Project Consultant is responsible for collaborating with Aetnas internal Agency to streamline Medicare Communications. ME Project Consultant will utilize the Medicare Communications Screening Team protocol with the oversight of the Medicare Strategic Steering Committee Command Center to improve the Medicare communication experience.

ME Project Consultant will drive member engagement through education and personalized wellness communication informed by next-best action analytics.

The position provides guidance and direction to internal teams, external vendors as applicable and serves as the subject matter expert and product manager for those programs managed. They must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting to Executive Leadership. They must be a strong collaborator across organizations and be able to lead by example, bringing groups to consensus when necessary. The role is responsible for recognizing integration gaps and opportunities cross-program and proactively addressing those gaps to further enhance the overall experience for members.

    Effectively communicating MX projects throughout all levels of the Medicare organization

    Governing implementation projects and their conformance to standards and roadmaps

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

    Successfully demonstrated product management experience necessary

    Deep understanding of Medicare program, Star Ratings and Medicare business and economic dynamics

    Proven record of developing and deploying highly impactful member engagement tactics

    Proven record of engaging and enabling large scale service operations organizations

    EDUCATION

    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
