We are currently seeking a Production Associate for Aetna in our Wellesley MA, location with occasional travel to Hartford, CT. The Production Associate must be a proficient communicator (multimedia, written, and verbal), and will serve as a creative resource, helping to deliver on productions from the conceptual phase down to the final delivery.

Fundamental Components:· Fundamental knowledge of video and still production.· Assist in the planning and production of video and still productions, internal and external.· Ability to act as producer, camera operator, and editor on internal productions. · Produce mood boards (digital or print), create sizzle reels for video conceptualization, case studies and sales materials.· Possess creative sensibilities with the ability to understand and execute on creative direction.· Assist in the re-branding of videos, which may include tracking down the source files.· Aide in the creation and maintenance of a centralized hub to store videos and creative assets created by external and internal parties.· Facilitate the import of footage from various sources when needed (Shutter stock, YouTube, etc.) or direct and film when these resources are unavailable. · Create motion graphics and animated videos.· Assist in the recruitment, training, and retention of other future producer/editors.· Coordinate and assist the management of editing facilities.BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:· Strong proficiency with applicable software packages including but not limited to SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, InDesign, Photoshop), Photography, motion graphics animation, and audio/ video production.· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to rapidly changing schedules.· Ability to interpret creative concepts/ideation/directionEDUCATION
