Aetna's Workers' Compenstation team is looking for a detailed orientated individual to join their team as a Contract Coordinator. In this role the person will assist in the recruitment activities of identified medical providers to augment our workers' compensation and auto network offerings. In addition, the person will support our workers' compensation clients with their provider network requirements.
Outreach to medical providers and interact with their staffs to enhance our Workers' Compensation network offerings for our clients. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the addition of providers to the network. Follow up with various teams to ensure the accuracy of provider information received and submitted for network growth.
Documented history of organizational capabilities and implementation successes. Exhibit thorough and clear communication skills. Comfortable dealing with medical provider offices. History of being able to achieve work goals and document desired outcomes. 1 - 3 years experience in provider operations/logistics or health insurance. Must exhibit outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
