Leader will have oversight of both on-shore and off-shore teams and be responsible for the operational/financial results. This position requires that the top line revenue growth is achieved year over year

Fundamental Components:

Director will be responsible to increase top line revenue for the coding/nursing review product. Director will ensure the proper SG&A as a percentage of revenue is maintained through the utilization of operational excellence techniques.


10+ years experience in the Worker Compensation managed care role. 5+ years in leadership of certified coders/nurses. Execution of operational excellence to achieve P&L goals.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN) is desired

Medical/Certified Coding Associate (CCA) is desired


Functional - Nursing/Clinical claim review and coding/4-6 Years

Functional - Products-Other/Workers Compensation/7-10 Years


Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Exchange/7-10 Years/End User

Technical - Reporting Tools/Crystal Reports / Crystal Enterprise/4-6 Years/End User
