Responsible for profitable retention, sales and growth of medical, dental, group insurance and ancillary products for the Florida Public and Labor Sector. Responsibilities include developing strategies on each customer and leading a staff of 21 associates.

Fundamental Components:

Responsible for leading a team of over 4 Account Executives, 3 Account Managers and 13+Wellness/Customer Service associates to develop strategies that would produce profitable growth. 75% of time will be spent on upsell and renewal strategies.

Responsible for guiding all existing customer RFP's to include field review of responses and developing best in class overall value.

Responsible for identifying solutions on operational opportunities, working with critical business units to provide the most cost effective end result.

Responsible for managing overall Performance Guarantees collaborating with key dependent business units.

Responsible for building strong relationships with existing business key influencers

Support prospecting on key opportunities and meeting key influencers

Oversee implementation on all new business

Know the details of our book of business


Minimum Bachelors degree OR 15 years experience in a sales and account management role. Strong understanding of underwriting principles.
