This is a sales support role that entails interacting with senior management, internal and external partners. This role is responsible for providing support to senior management and will be focused directly on national directives for the agency and assisting with the creation of agency power point decks, meeting organization, and overall document management, carrier routing. This position will also interface on point for carrier partners and manage carrier reporting.

Fundamental Components:

  • Meeting organization and event management

  • Documentation and reporting management for all carrier partners

  • Maintain internal calendars

  • Assist with various ad-hoc projects requested by management

  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.


    2+ years of administrative experience required

    Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at the intermediate level is required

    Strong communication skills required

    Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task.


    The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
