POSITION SUMMARY

This is a full time customer service position, who will be on the phones taking incoming calls from TPA clients, providers and members. The rep will direct the callers on claim status, where to call for el. and coverage, provider participation and provider channeling. There will be some outgoing calls to confirm information. We have a fast pace environment, and continue to grow with the ever challenging healthcare business.

Fundamental Components:

Looking for a positive person to join our team, that will gain knowledge and experience of the Network Access Business under Aetna.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Experience in a production environment.

Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment such as a call center or retail location preferred.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
