We are looking for a highly motivated, organized Sales Assistant to support the West Key/Select Sales/Service team in the implementation process of new sold cases. Individual must be a team player who is capable of handling multiple, changing priorities while managing day-to-day responsibilities.

Fundamental Components:

Acts as Liaison between Sales and the Implementation Unit. Follows up with the client for required paperwork needed for smooth installation of new cases. Verified that all necessary forms and enrollment applications are correct, then copies and forwards to the Implementation Unit within the required timeframe.


Organized and able to multi-task.Excellent verbal and written skills. Team player.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.


Insurance/Insurance License is desired
