This is an office based role in San Diego, CA.

The hours are M-F 7am-4pm

One of the following licenses is required: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT

POSITION SUMMARY

This is an EAP Clinical Counselor based in the San Diego Call Center who will be taking inbound calls from members as part of the Knox Keene call center.

Fundamental components include but are not limited to:

Licensed mental health clinician who will be taking inbound calls from members in the Knox Keene call center.

Clinician will conduct clinical assessments and help members develop a plan to resolve their issues

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

-One of the following licenses is required: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT

-3 years of post licensure experience is required in counseling

-Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavioral change is preferred

-Call Center experience is preferred

-Crisis intervention skills are required

-Strong computer skills are required

-Bilingual is preferred

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.

One of the following licenses is required:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Marriage & Family Therapist

Licensed Professional Counselor

The clinician will participate in Collaborative Learning sessions, obtain additional clinical training and be eligible for an annual bonus.
