Candidate will work full time from client's location at Via Metro in San Antonio, TX.
Self-motivated individual responsible for resolving claim and eligibility issues, networking with other departments, advising new hires and assisting with open enrollment. Must be flexible and able to address plan sponsor questions and concerns in a timely manner and provide employee education as necessary. This is an on-site customer service position and employee will reside in the customer's office location.
Onsite customer service representative who will assist the customers' benefit team and their members with issues regarding the health benefit plan. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be flexible and able to address plan sponsor's questions and concerns in a timely manner.
2+ years of customer service experience is REQUIRED.
Medical claims / Healthcare / Insurance backgrounds would be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable addressing individual and groups of employees.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel and ability to learn the Aetna systems.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
