Provides hands on management oversight of various Telesales vendors that support Aetna's Individual Medicare Telesales business.

Fundamental Components:

This position requires a high degree of vendor oversight to implement Medicare processes and procedures for a sales call center. We require hands on oversight, to include travel to various call centers to ensure that Aetna's business requirements have been implemented and meet CMS regulations.


5+ years working in a call center environment, preferably Medicare related.

2-3 years working on creating and developing policies, procedures, training for call center agents, preferably sales agents.

2-3 years experience working on telephony implementation for a call center.

2-3 years experience creating and implementing scripting for call center reps to use for both inbound/outbound call


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and adherence to CMS requirements and regulations. You must be self motivated and able to work in a fast passed environment. Travel, evening and weekend work is required during the Medicare Annual enrollment period (Oct-Dec).
