Seeking candidates who can support the following territories/markets (AZ/NV, Great Lakes and/or the West Coast).

POSITION SUMMARY

This individual would assist brokers with the contracting/certification process, enrollments, answer specific product questions and assist with escalated issues. This role would report to the Broker Service Department in MSO [Medicare Service Operations] but be dedicated to the appropriate market.

Fundamental Components:

Support the Medicare Local market providing superior service outcomes for brokers who support our Medicare products

  • first call resolution in support of brokers.

  • Provides immediate support and solutions to brokers regarding products, benefits, administrative policies and services as well as all Aetna broker systems.

  • Provides hands on support for end to end broker contracting through No More Forms.

  • Supports brokers submitting applications.

  • Responds to broker queries via phone calls and face-to-face meetings and seminars.

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • Health insurance related experience, supporting Brokers 2-3 years is REQUIRED.

  • Depending on role, knowledge of sales support preferred

  • Medicare background required

    EDUCATION

    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

    Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired
