We are hiring 2, Director, Medicare Market Sales, geographically, 1 will support our East markets and 1 will support our Western markets, need to be able to travel 50% or more. Opportunity is Work From Home full time.

Position Summary/ Mission:

Primary national sales & member retention consult to assigned markets to identify and pursue opportunities to enhance sales. Work with appropriate Sales Leaders to facilitate the adoption of proven sales management processes along with sales best practices. Collaboration with local Sales Leaders on strategy development and execution in the field are key elements of this role.


  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience where livelihood was dependent on making sales

  • 5+ years of successful sales management/leadership experience including coaching sales reps in the field

  • Strong sales process driven orientation

  • Ability to develop sales strategy by leveraging data

  • Strong willingness & ability to collaborate across multiple markets


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
