POSITION SUMMARY

To increase member satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive services to members and providers through a fully-integrated organization staffed by knowledgeable, customer-focused professionals supported by exemplary technologies and processes.

Must be comfortable working a shift that could call between the hours of 9:00AM - 8:00PM

Fundamental Components:

Handle customer service inquiries and concerns via telephone, internet or written correspondence.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

Clear and concise documentation of all calls/actions

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Customer service experience in a high volume call center production environment required

Clear verbal communication skills required

Proficient typing with ability to navigate through multiple programs required

Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Ability to work flexible hours is required

Conflict resolution skills are a plus

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
