This role is vital to the support of the Keystone Medicare Market and Management, Field Sales Staff & Broker Managers - our key business development positions and it holds a critical function in lead management and results. Report and data management includes distribution and management of leads distributed to all FRSs, Broker Managers and agents. Develops relationships with agents and national distribution partners and other internal staff, positioned as a resource for Medicare sales related information.
Manages all aspects of sales data including: lead distribution, collecting results, selecting next steps for each lead and other performance related factors.
Analyzes departmental sales performance. Generates reports and performance data for review and trend analysis. Reviews performance data.
Responsible for the data integrity of all contact/lead management system data.
Serves as System Administrator for the departments contact/lead management system; performs all system updates as appropriate.
Conducts system training for sales and administrative staff within an assigned geographic area.
Conducts analysis of area membership and other related marketing information. Makes recommendations.
Reviews member marketing materials for accuracy of content. Makes all plan specific revisions as required.
Ability to use standard corporate software packages & corporate applications.
Minimum 2 years experience in conducting and interpreting quantitative/qualitative analysis
Previous (2-4 years) related direct to consumer sales or sales support experience, preferably with Medicare, Medicare Advantage background and/or managed care
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
