In the HEDIS Outreach Coordinator position you will provide telephonic member and provider education on preventive health screenings and disease monitoring testing to increase compliance with HEDIS quality measures.

Fundamental Components include, but are not limited to:

-Phone calls to members and providers to educate on preventive health screenings and disease monitoring testing

-Collection of medical records telephonically from provider offices

-Collection of medical records onsite at provider office locations 10-25% of time

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
