POSITION SUMMARY

Aetna Finance is growing in Phoenix! This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the Robotics initiative in the finance organization. Aetna is in the midst of a finance transformation and opportunities to improve processes and have an influence on the direction of the company abound. This role will work with a Business Analyst to automate processes using primarily Automation Anywhere.

Fundamental Components:

This role will help form the finance robotics COE and be critical in establishing all aspects of the robotics initiative. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Automation Anywhere, both with Task Bots and Meta Bots. Problematic processes like unsupported reconciliations, manual accounting, data manipulation, functionality gaps in systems, and ineffective manual controls are all examples of some of the tasks that this role could take on. Ideally this candidate would possess a varied tool kit of programming skills in many languages and understand not only BOT configuration but the overall infrastructure of the product.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Self-motivated with a process improvement mindset

Ability to understand the big picture, but also break that down into smaller actionable steps.

Advanced knowledge of RPA, preferably Automation Anywhere.

Knowledge of other languages like C#, .NET, Java, etc.

Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
