This position has responsibility for leading/managing special projects for Children's System of Care. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative role often requires managing relationships across the segments or multiple functional areas. In addition it will support behavioral health service providers in the areas of Transition Age Youth and Autism Spectrum Disorder and implementation of evidence- based practices through technical assistance and support at all levels.
This role will have oversight of various reporting requirements and will assist/lead in the implementation and management of large projects. The individual will Provide technical assistance to contracted providers to overcome barriers and to promote practice according to the Arizona Vision.
Leads assigned project by creating project timeline, identify key milestones and resources to successfully complete the work Identifies issues that may stall the project and works with manager to address them Tracks progress and communicates project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties Provide Group facilitation/presentation for meetings and/or trainings. Creates and has oversight over various reports and assists with deliverables to stakeholders, contractors and internal departments Has the ability to complete an analysis and report on data received in various reports to assist with decision making Support all MMIC internal departments and functions, such as Member Services, Quality Management/ Quality Improvement and Medical Management, in following up with providers that may benefit from technical assistance in order to assist meeting the needs of children's and families Supervises Transition Age Youth Coordinator and Special Projects Lead
3-5 years related work experience in children's behavioral health Experience Leading Projects and Facilitating Meetings/Trainings required Proven track record meeting project deadlines/dates Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting to include creating reports, tracking and trending research required Proficient in Excel
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
