Provide a wide variety of administrative support for a manager, multiple managers or departments. Compose correspondence, compile & analyze data, manage calendar and is a delegate for Manager activities in eService.

Fundamental Components:

Screens telephone calls, answers routine questions and furnishes information

Opens, sorts, distributes, scans, organizes, prioritizes and responds to mail

Coordinates calendars; scheduling meetings, room reservations, hospitality arrangements

Operates and maintains various office equipment

Orders and maintains office supplies

Significant portion of duties may be in support of basic technical discipline (e.g., sales, network, etc.)

Organizes and maintains files of supervisor's correspondence, records etc. following up on pending matters

Coordinates land and air travel arrangements and expense reports

Produces a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using the appropriate software

Coordinates office facilities including space, lease, furniture, equipment, building and telephone system maintenance

Involved in HR activities for the unit including; onboarding, new hire installation, office setup, organization hierarchy, etc.)

Create contact lists for each RFP on SharePoint. Submit access requests for SMEs and set-up SharePoint alerts.

Work with print vendor to coordinate printing logistics based on RFP calendar.

Assist with formatting of proposal documents, as needed

Other duties, as assigned.


1-3 years administrative or technical support experience - Required

Ability to travel with color teams occasionally - Required

SharePoint, OneNote knowledge - Preferred


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
