The Marketing Manager, Business Development provides strategic insights, plans and support to the business development functions of the Medicaid Segment. They will coordinate the full breadth and facility of the enterprise marketing team to deliver powerful, successful marketing to the Medicaid Segment for business development purposes.
The Marketing Manager Business Development will make significant contributions to the Medicaid segment's explosive growth plans. They will participate in dynamic teams shaping the future of the organization and our highly competitive position in the market place.
Develops marketing strategy in collaboration with the Medicaid Business Development and RFP teams, as well as government affairs
Directs the implementation of marketing strategies and tactical executions; a. Collateral; b. Content; c. Activation support
Directs market research / competitive intelligence activities to determine how information impacts strategy and execution development; serves as marketing representative and liaison on design committees
Directs the analytical support required to assess strengths, points of differentiation and reasons to believe (RTBs); serves as marketing representative and liaison on design committees
Services as voice of Medicaid Business Development for government programs strategy development and execution
a. Collaborates with the segment, government affairs and marketing functions to advance the development of relevant, impactful content
7+ years related work experience.
3-7+ years of experience as SME
Health care industry experience desirable; Medicaid experience preferred
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
