POSITION SUMMARY

This Manager that will deliver quality and quantity while keeping our members and providers at the heart of what we do. Compliance is our core competency.

LOCATION; Preference will be given to those candidates with the ability to work out of the Phoenix, AZ office. Candidates may be considered who work out of other Aetna Office locations, with a preference being for West Coast Hours.

FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENTS:

This role is responsible for managing a line staff in a high volume production environment. This department is responsible for Configurations for our Claims Processing System and meeting Medicaid/CMS requirements, Compliance and Service Level Agreements.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

5+ years experience in managing line level staff in high volume transaction processing and production environment is required. This includes financial management, project delivery, production, systems analysis, application program development, and setting strategic direction.

Healthcare experience preferred. Medicare/Medicaid experience preferred.

Experience with Configuration, Contract Understanding and Compliance is preferred.

Project Management/Project Management Professional, PMP is desired.

Experienced working with vendors.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Leadership/Aetna Performance Management Certification is desired
