POSITION SUMMARY

Educate plan sponsors/customers on Aetnas Security and IT controls environment and programs to assure them that their members data is secure and protected. Provide proactive, value-added support, management and leadership to Plan Sponsors/Customers as well as Aetna Sales/Business Units by building trusted partnerships with internal and external constituents. This role will support a large volume of IT Plan Sponsor/sales requests such as security questionnaires, contract editing and negotiating, end-to-end issue management, customer presentations and teleconferences, onsite visits / audit management and data center tours. Support efforts to advance our IT plan sponsor support program through continuous process improvement and security projects.

Fundamental Components:

-Provides IT support and expert advice to various business units based on fast paced plan sponsor needs, requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP) for both current and new accounts. -Manages the completion of a wide variety of IT plan sponsor requests such as security and compliance questionnaires, contract analysis, editing and negotiations, external plan sponsor meetings and presentations and end-to-end issue management. -Leads plan sponsor onsite visits / audits including pre-onsite planning and preparation activities, day of event(s) coordination and execution, and post-event management and issue resolution. -Proactively builds network and relationships internally within IT, security and the business as well as externally with plan sponsor contacts and auditors. -Supports program goals and objectives including but not limited to continuous process improvements and various side-project opportunities. -Continuously develops IT General Computer Controls (ITGCC), Cyber Security and Sales background / expertise to educate our plan sponsors. -Strong familiarity with ITGCC, Cyber Security, Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Legal and Sales Support preferred.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

A candidate with IT, cyber security and/or sales experience who is familiar with multiple IT control frameworks and is an extremely strong communicator. Seeking candidates who strive in very fast-paced sales environments and who are comfortable with managing multiple requests and projects concurrently.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Information Management/Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - - sponsored by International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium is desired

Information Management/Certified Information System Auditor is desired
