This position will be established in the Phoenix Hub location as part of the Record To Report stream with Finance Shared Services. Members of the team will be accountable for the completion of reconciliations and overseeing the appropriate identification & clearance of reconciling items for designated accounts to timetables, standards and policies set out by the Operational Controllers team.

Fundamental Components:

The responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

-Reconciliation Activity Completion

-Partner with Controllers and other Finance teams to assess ability to take on and centralize reconciliation activities

-Take on Reconciliation activities from outside consultants, contractors and Controllers where appropriate

-Complete reconciliation for designated accounts to standards and timetables set out by Operational Controllers

-In partnership with BU Controllers identify reconciling items and determine actions necessary to disposition / clear items for future reconciliations

-Maintain list of open items and expected timing for aged item clearance, report on exceptions to expected aging

-Liaison with broader stakeholder finance, operations or IT groups for reconciliation activity tracking, training and improvement opportunities


-2+years experience in Financial Roles including Reconciliation, Record to Report, Controls & Project Management.

-Strong capabilities with Excel and ERP experience desired.

-Reconciliation Tools Usage experience a plus

-Strong ethics and high standards, excellent judgment, and strong interpersonal communications skills


Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
