The Court Services Administrator is the single point of contact for communication with the justice system. Interagency liaison with the Arizona Department of Corrections (ADOC), County Jails, Sherriffs Office, Correctional Health Services, Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC), Arizona Office of the Courts (AOC) and County and Federal Probation Departments and is responsible for Justice System reach-in initiatives, including serving as the single point of contact for law enforcement engaging in opioid-related diversion and incarceration alternative projects.
Responsible for leadership of the Court Services programs for the Mercy Maricopa Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) contract for Maricopa County and parts of Pinal County. .
Continually monitor services and programs at both the RBHA and provider level to ensure access to behavioral health services for eligible individuals who are under the jurisdiction of a court.
Accountable for collaboration and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in detention, law enforcement, and the court system.
Supervise team of 8 Liaisons working with the adult and juvenile justice systems and corrections.
Submit monthly and quarterly reports for Outpatient Commitment Monitoring (COT) and Justice Reach-In initiatives.
Coordinate with leaders within System of Care and Utilization Management to develop and monitor Justice Reach-In plan annually.
MINIMUM 10 years experience working with service systems for justice involved persons with mental health and substance use disorders.
Preferred Masters Degree in Behavioral Health, Health Care Administration or Criminal Justice. MINIMUM Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Health, Health Care Administration or Criminal Justice. MINIMUM 5 years supervision and leadership experience.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
