Aetna Clinical Operations Manager in Phoenix, Arizona

This position is responsible for the oversight of clinical operations for the system of care department. This includes the development of processes to streamline work functions and data collection to monitor system performance and targeted areas of improvement.

Fundamental Components:

Clinical background in healthcare and behavioral health, knowledge of programs and systems. Operational knowledge, ability to organize and identify data to demonstrate trends in performance and streamline workflows.


5+ years experience in healthcare management (clinical and administrative) preferably behavioral health and integrated care models. Ability to determine data points to monitor system performance outcomes and provider deliverables.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
