POSITION SUMMARY

The Financial Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising financial budgeting, forecasting and planning functions to assist the business with meeting financial objectives and maximizing value to the enterprise. This position will also collaborate with the business team on special projects and analysis.

Fundamental Components:

Uses rigorous financial and value analysis to manage and enhance profitability.

Manage processes that control or monitor key drivers to achieve business goals.

Evaluate, analyze, and present financial information relative to plans and goals, benchmarks, and other data to senior management.

Provide forecasting estimates to assist in future budgeting and resource requirements.

May be responsible for supervising and developing models for financial forecasting and reporting functions.

Develop and implement strategic direction and policy within area of responsibility.

Identify, research, develop and recommend solutions to improve business results.

Through sharing technical expertise in functional area, coaches, develops, and influences others.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

5+ years related accounting/financial experience (generally required).

4-year college degree generally required; Finance, Accounting and/or an advanced degree a plus

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
