The position of Strategic Reporting Lead for Government/P&L Clients for AHM will lead reporting strategy and implement an appropriate model of operating to allow for maximum efficiency and accuracy in reporting for our government and public/labor clients.
The candidate should possess strong project management, communication, leadership and informatics skills. A familiarity with databases containing data from multiple sources, various reporting tools including Crystal/BO, Excel, etc. and with Microsoft Office/Outlook is key. Coding skills such as SQL or SAS and familiarity with Agile is preferred.
7 or more years of analytic experience.
Strong problem solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Demonstrated extensive and diverse knowledge of health care data, metrics; demonstrated subject matter expert in multiple subject areas.
Able to make sound decisions and recommendations to drive business solutions.
Ability to communicate comfortably internally and externally
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
