The Director of Care Management Optimization will provide leadership, strategy and planning services to the Health & Clinical Services organization. Specifically, this position will manage a team in the execution of key innovative clinical initiatives, as well as building and maintaining external relationships such as ACOs, pharmaceutical companies, and vendor relationships.
Sets the direction of the strategic business plan and translates into vision for staff/others
Influences all stake holders to support key projects/programs to ensure positive outcomes that deliver on results
Understands data, analysis and the importance of asking the right questions in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services
Identifies gaps in processes or organization and challenges self and others to develop and implement solutions
Has ultimate accountability for project management services being delivered including budget and financial implications
7-10 years proven leadership experience
Able to set strategic direction & influence change that results in quantifiable outcomes
Proven track record managing complex projects that achieve cost savings.
Managed complex business projects & their budget
Expert in preparing & presenting to senior-level audiences
Advanced degree desirable.
Supervisory experience required
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
