POSITION SUMMARY

Support the overall sales process for New Business which can include and not limited to reviewing RFP submissions, running site matches, building quote strategies as well as updating systems to ensure accurate and current information.

Fundamental Components:

Reviews incoming requests (RFPs and proactive quotes) for necessary information. Collaborates with Sales Rep, as appropriate, in reviewing and distributing completed quotes to producer/broker. Input necessary information into system for tracking purposes. Works with team members to ensure a smooth installation for groups sold. Uses available tools and systems to deliver timely, accurate services.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Must have Insurance License. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Desktop tools. Familiar with SalesForce and Aetna/Coventry applications systems a plus.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
