POSITION SUMMARY

"Chief of Staff" role supporting the Medicare GM of the Mid-South /Medicare Market. Operational role with responsibilities ranging from sales operations to product operations to P&L support.

Fundamental Components:

"Chief of Staff" role supporting the Coach GM of Medicare for the Mid-South Territory/Medicare GM of the North Carolina/South Carolina/Tennessee market. Responsible for a wide range of activities including overseeing product operations, sales operations, and providing support for P&L-related activities.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Deep knowledge of the Medicare business and operations required; strong background in product and sales administration helpful. Strong presentation and communication skills essential. Previous management/supervisory skills required.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
