Under general supervision, verifies enrollment information, makes changes to member demographic data , and calls members to update addresses data in the enrollment systems. Maintains enrollment data in eligibility systems to ensure compliance with CMS guidance requirements.
Meet Monthly Metrics as defined by department
Take ownership to resolve customer issues using all available resources including address change process flows and CMS guidance
Participate in cross training on various products and platforms to ensure Enrollment metrics are met
Demonstrate professionalism, active listening skills and processing knowledge when communicating with internal and external customers
Learn how your work affects internal audit processes by working with seniors and eligibility consultants when errors are brought to your attention
Utilize internal audits and suggestions to help improve your personal work
Meet Departmental attendance expectations
Identify coaching opportunities and escalate to a Senior or Supervisor
Keep a positive attitude as changes occur
Effective organization skills and attention to detail.
Maintain great working relationships with sound judgment and responsibility.
Effective communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze and research data to make appropriate corrections as necessary.
Some Medicare industry experience
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
Existing teleworkers will be considered for continued telework
All other candidates: Option for telework will be evaluated after six months to one year of employment in the department
