Network Manager to support Medicare Advantage market expansion through network development and management. The successful candidate with work with a high performing team working on creating competitive advantage and high customer value. This is a great opportunity for an experienced network manager to leverage their successful contracting experience to position Aetna in the NW and build a lasting career with a large national health plan.

Fundamental Components:

The position will be responsible for maintaining a large portfolio of provider agreements including professional and facility organizations. The position will be responsible for building and maintaining productive relationships with these providers while achieving company goals relating to rate trend and improvement, migration to value based payment, and improving risk scores and Star Ratings. The position will also play a role in supporting Medicare Advantage membership growth and retention.


Must possess a successful track record negotiating professional and large hospital system contracts. Ability to develop and nurture productive relationships with providers, brokers, and management staff. Knowledge of emerging performance based contracting models. Strong analytical abilities with knowledge and experience working with providers to improve Star Ratings and Risk Scores.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:

Full-Time Telework (WAH)-Have to be close to an Aetna office. in OR, ID or WA
