Internal candidates within Service Ops can be located in Blue Bell, PA and Allentown, PA
This position requires an analytical thinker with problem solving skills.
Provider Data Services is a fast paced environment where learning occurs each day. The successful candidate has to be a quick learner and strives with challenges.
. We utilize the state laws for our updates
. We maintain the provider's demographic information in EPDB and HMO Mainframe
. We maintain the provider's contracted rates so that claims pay to those rates.
Demonstrated PC skills, including Microsoft Office products and Internet navigation skills.
Previous insurance experience helpful.
Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with EPDB and Mainframe Provider and other Aetna systems.
Demonstrated PC skills, including Microsoft Office products strong Excel skills a plus.
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
