The Workers' Comp Telephonic Case Manager works with employee, provider, employer, claims examiner, and vendors to coordinate medical care and facilitate return to work.

This role will be onsite either in Irving or Houston TX, it is telephonic yet will be onsite with the customer.
It requires a CCM, COHN, CDMS or CRRN. It requires some workers comp experience.
Working with the injured worker to return to work Will document and spend a good amount of time on the computer (strong computer skills are needed) Will work with claim examiners and vendors Will follow up on appointments and will work to connect member with any services needed. Will provide strong follow up and have strong organizational skills
Workers Comp experience is needed. Registered Nurse with active state license in good standing in the state where job duties are performed. (TX) Additional national professional certification (CDMS, CRRN, COHN, or CCM) one of these is required. Previous case management, utilization review or managed care experience is highly preferred. At least a year or workers compensation experience as an RN is required 2-3 years as an RN in a clinical setting is needed.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN) is required
CCM, COHN, CRRN, or CDMS is required!
Functional - Nursing/Case Management/1-3 Years
Full Time telephonic onsite at a location, and will need to be licensed in TX
Registered Nurse (RN) with active state license in good standing.
