We are seeking a seasoned business project manager to assist in driving strategic and regulatory initiatives for Service Operations Financial Statement Development. This position sits within Financial Statement Development and Operations responsible for claim explanation of benefits and claim payment.
Responsibilities will include end to end project management from requirements gathering, assessing business and financial impacts, user testing, and implementation. Effectively communicates across all levels of business and technical teams, asking critical questions and talking through solutions/potential risks. Position requires general knowledge of claim payment process and the ability to quickly learn claim application functions. Ability to review state and Federal legislation for impact. Acts as an EOB and payment subject matter expert and advocate for Financial Statement Development and Operations in any project. Understands strategic direction of Service Operations and supports electronic EOB adoption, market expansion and regulatory adherence.
Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
Proven communication skills both written and verbal
Past positions required acting a project lead
Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills
Solid Project Management and supervisory skills
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
