POSITION SUMMARY

** We are looking for Care Management Associate to join our Team in High Point NC.

** Answering incoming calls from providers regarding precertification or registration for surgical procedures.

** Coordinating care with nurses.

** Retrieving, sorting tasking electronic clinical records to appropriate resource.

** Timely documentation in on-line system.

Fundamental Components:

We are looking for a Care Management Associate to work in our Health Advocate Team (HAT). Aetna's HAT Program offers personalized telephonic support to members whose health is at risk. The Care Management Associate will play an essential role in educating members, speaking with providers and directing calls based on individual needs. This is a call center position with some administrative activities to support unit as required.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

High School Diploma or GED required. Telephonic customer support required with strong keyboarding skills.

The ideal candidate will possess effective communication, telephonic and organizational skills. Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities needed. Collaboration with the member as well as existing team Care Management Associates is an integral part of this position.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
