Position Summary/MissionSets direction and provides leadership relating to recruiting staff, including sourcing strategies, assessment and closure practices. Determines broad recruitment direction and strategy for all business segment(s). Develops strategy and implements work plans to meet the needs of the business areas he/she supports. Directs services and functions that support Talent Acquisition operations. Leads the development and execution of sourcing strategies for all business segments. Develops and manages policy, process and practices for recruiting team. Leads projects. Manages staff. Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to(* denotes essential functions) • Determines broad recruitment direction and strategy for assigned business segment/s. Leads assigned resources and influences others to execute flawlessly () -Develop and cultivate strong relationships with candidates HR partners and various levels of management, including members of the Executive Leadership Team.• Directs services and functions that support Talent Acquisition operations. This includes the core recruiting process, background verification program, visas, and drug testing () • Directs and manages recruiting staff. This includes developing and managing policies, processes and practices to ensure that performance standards are met () • Develops and collaborates with others to develop performance standards. Measures against metrics. Takes corrective actions as appropriate () • Collaborates with, influences and serves as a single point of contact with senior level stakeholders () • Maintains a broad knowledge of the labor market, recruitment trends and competitors recruitment strategies and tactics in the marketplace. Leverages this knowledge in plans and practices. Trains and communicates with recruiters regarding this knowledge () • Partnering with technology resources, initiates change to recruitment technology and tools. Supports the development of new technology and tools by collaborating on projects, participating on project teams, allocating resources to develop and implement change, and endorsing change among recruiting staff () • Partnering with Recruiting Operations Lead, initiates change to recruitment processes and practices. Proactively supports change by leading projects, deploying others for project work, and ensuring appropriate training of staff () • Recruits for select openings on a full-cycle and triage basis, including senior level positions, as needed () • Recommends and takes responsibility for training and development among staff () • Ensures the integrity and timeliness of data entered into system by self, staff and project teams as designated () • Handles additional responsibilities as requested by management () Background/Experience Desired • 15+ years in HR or demonstrated equivalent experience level, preferably in a high-volume, matrixed corporate environment, including: a) Min. 15 yrs. full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate assessment and consulting with stakeholders, and b) Min. 10 yrs. managing life cycle recruiters; developing and executing policies and processes; and developing and managing budgets and metrics. • Experience in at least one other area of Human Resources. -strong negotiating skills-Strong knowledge of Compensation and Benefits-Has managed teams-Strong communication skills-can navigate in a matrix environment• Experience recruiting for all levels of positions, early in career through senior level, desired. Bachelor s degree or equivalent
