To create and deliver disruption reports for the sales team to support the RFP process. This is accomplished by formatting external data feeds and comparing them to standardize Aetna provider data
Create disruption reports for sales team by formatting data from external sources and comparing them to standard Aetna provider data.
Documents and archives each request in compliance with Aetna policy.
Conducts reasonability check.
Provides input into presentation of information product to customer.
Creates queries using MS ACCESS for formatting data to run disruption analysis and to create custom summaries.
Communicates with sales teams to determine needs, discuss solutions, timing of delivery of disruption reports.
3+ years of data interpretation and analysis experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
Strong organizational skills required
Working knowledge of MS ACCESS and ability to create queries, joining tables and exporting/importing data preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Internet Explorer preferred
Familiarity with databases and comfortable generating reports preferred
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
