The Production/Communications Coordinator supports the print and distribution of Aetnas Retiree Exchange communication materials. Additionally, they support the creation of member communications prior to the print and distribution.
Work closely with internal business partners and external vendors to support all components of the creation and distribution of member communications Work with the fulfillment vendor and platform partner to coordinate the print and mailing of member communications. Strong attention to detail is required to communicate accurate and detailed specifications. Work closely with Aetnas Retiree Exchange program team to ensure thorough understanding of project objectives and requirements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment and keeping all parties updated on project status. Continually evaluate quality, service and operational service costs and recommend appropriate changes. Review and proofread creative work.
Requires 10+ years of experience in a communication discipline Medicare experience is a plus Proven track record for managing multiple initiatives concurrently. Proficiency with PC required, including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel. Thorough knowledge and experience developing print and mail specifications for estimates and orders. Knowledge of postal regulations. Strong editorial skills.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
