POSITION SUMMARY

To define, develop and provide information and analysis to drive the decision-making process and support business operations for internal and external customers. Note: This family is intended to include jobs requiring business expertise rather than IT expertise.

Oversees the implementation of information strategy and development of information products to ensure operational objectives and other strategic business initiatives are met. Responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring day-to-day project activities runs smoothly. Project and Product Management accountabilities: project oversight including initiation, identification and completion of key deliverables to ensure all business objectives are met. Develops tactical plans to satisfy internal program information needs and is responsible for the success of the project(s).

Fundamental Components:

Maintains strong strategic relationships that support the successful execution of projects; including the Agency, segment leaders, local plan contacts, Compliance, Procurement, and external supplier(s).

Works with advisers from key functional areas to understand potential project impacts, align project work, and execute activities accordingly.

Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

Reviews Marketing Guidelines and Commercial regulatory updates for required changes.

Point of contact for assessing/evaluating requirements required changes to processes/content produced by Fulfillment, Directory Services and Forms Management (execution teams).

Specifically responsible for completing the business analysis that drives development of production level deliverables from directory front matter, to applications, to kit structures. Document and compile results into consolidated documentation and reports for use in implementation by the execution teams.

Independently manage designated programs that are heavily production driven content (such as MedSupp kits, Medicaid Duals kits and Medicare Group kits) ensuring successful delivery of final documents or content to move into production.

Responsible for business interactions and vendor management as it relates to application versioning; forecasting and print production. Apply consistent process governance resulting in accurate and timely process deliverables.

Negotiates resources in peer organizations to meet high priority department objectives, when needed.

Facilitate the initial creation of kit recipe tables used for system mapping; and the final proofing of kit structures prior to go line including, test plans, alignment of resources, training of resources, and coordinate of feedback to Fulfillment.

Provide end-user support including issue resolution and remediation.

Manages and/or facilitates submission of content for filing purpose, as necessary.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

Minimum of 5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.

Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail; analytical; self-starter.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Work office location options are PA, CT, or NJ office.
