Responsible for developing efficient identification rules according to program design requirements to find members with gaps in care for action by the medical management teams. In this capacity, you will drive decision making of the most credible and efficient data elements to use. You will be responsible for developing, testing, configuring and maintaining these identification rules in the Medical Management systems & applications, and have an understanding of the interdependencies of rules across diverse categories. Accountable for performing validation of results against what is expected. In this position, you will serve as one of the analytical resources within the department for resolving informational needs.
3-5 years experience in healthcare data reporting and analysis.
Experience with data quality research & analysis as well as problem solving and root cause analysis.
Comfortable with placing high importance on attention to detail
Experience with relational databases, especially the Data Warehouse is helpful, as well as the ability to interpret and manipulate related data.
Proven track record meeting project dates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional listening skills.
Ability to interact with individuals at varying levels of the organization.
Works effectively in ambiguous situations.
Demonstrates resiliency and commitment during times of change.
3-5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.
Experience with relational databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data.
Background in Healthcare, particularly Medical Management is helpful
Experience performing analysis and determining root cause of any issues
Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
Able to respond to quickly to changing priorities
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The environment is team based, fast paced and dynamic. Team members are not co-located. Applicant should be comfortable with remote team members
